SUBACUTE CARE NURSING FACILITIES

Subacute care is provided in nursing facilities that specialize in treating patients who require extensive physiological monitoring, intravenous therapy or postoperative care, intensive rehabilitation, ventilatory care, pulmonary rehabilitation or other medically complex interventions.
